Packages are generally dispatched within the next business day after receipt of payment and are shipped via BPost. Orders should arrive within 4 to 8 bussiness days from the date of receipt of payment. Depending on the destination, it can be faster.
If you prefer delivery by a different carrier (Taxipost, FedEx, ...) or by a different method (express, with required signature, extra insurance...), an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Orders placed on Friday, the weekends or on holidays may not be shipped until the next business day.
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Our website wil automatically calculate the shipping to your destination when you've entered an address as a guest or as a registered customer. The shipping fee depends on the weight and destination of the package. Small items might be shipped without tracing to guarantee a low shipping rate.
Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sckr Pnch or other parties only as an estimate. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by security checks, customs or any other situation that is beyond our or our carrier's control.
The delivery time is based upon business days and does not include weekends or holidays.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If you need your order by a specific date, please indicate this on your order and we will do everything we can to get it there on time.
Our couriers do not call ahead of delivery and cannot predict when they will deliver your order. Also, if a package is undeliverable either because the address is incorrect, there is nobody present to accept the order when delivered or because the driver is unable to locate the address, the package will be returned to the nearest distribution center and held until further direction is given. Sckr Pnch cannot be held responsible in such instances.
Sckr Pnch takes no responsibility for any orders that are destroyed, damaged or stolen as a result of the mode of delivery.
Backorders (out of stock items) do occasionally happen. You will hear from us right away if anything from your order is out of stock. We will let you know when the item is expected and whether there are any substitutions that we can recommend. You will always have the following options for backorders:
Group orders are a great way to save on shipping, and we definitely encourage you to shop this way!
Contact us for group orders. We might give shipping discounts or free shipping.
But remember: the more items on an order, the higher the chances of a delay (backorders/out of stock items ...). You will need to balance the benefit of cheaper shipping against the possibility of a delay on the order.
Please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of the item for a return or exchange. Almost all items are returnable if you haven't used them. All exchanges must be in unused, original condition with original undamaged packaging. When trying on gear, please do it at home (not at practice), and preferably on a carpet ;)
Do NOT ship anything back to us without letting us know!
Having gear that fits properly is very important and we strive for you to skate comfortable and safe. If gear doesn't fit correctly, we'll help you make it right.
We don't charge any exchanging fees, but you must pay the shipping fees associated with the exchange.
If you want an exchange, please go to our website, order the correct size and let us know (in the notes section) that you are placing this order as an exchange. Return the incorrect sized item to us. Email us for more info or instructions.
We do not charge any restocking fees, but you can only return an unused item in its original condition with original undamaged packaging . Contact us if you want to return an item, never go ahead with shipping without letting us know!
We will refund you within 30 days of the returned item's arrival. When originally paid for by Paypal, we can refund via Paypal. When paid for by any other method, we can provide you with a store credit (code to be used at the check out) or a refund per Bank Wire (for that we will need your IBAN and BIC details).
Note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
Please contact us about this as each manufacturer has a different proces for damages and warranties. Be sure to have a proof of purchase at hand and to be able to explain what exactly is damaged or defective.
